Corporate Responsibility in the Middle East
At BNP Paribas in the Middle East, we stand for responsible change. We embrace our responsibility to look beyond our business and invest in initiatives that can change people's lives for the better in the communities in which we operate.
BNP Paribas Middle East's commitment to community investment is founded upon the core principles of designing locally relevant, innovative, strategic and sustainable activities across the region and by forging valuable relationships within the community.
To date, BNP Paribas Middle East has successfully implemented several key corporate responsibility initiatives to promote Education in partnership with local government and NGOs. This has been achieved under STARS programme, BNP Paribas' vehicle for Community Investment initiatives. The BNP Paribas Career Centre in Doha and the BNP Paribas Office Training Incubator in Bahrain, described below, are examples of the bank's community investments.

BNP Paribas Office Training Incubator
The BNP Paribas Office Training Incubator was established in Bahrain in partnership with The Ministry of Social Development, with the aim to cater to the specific needs of individuals with disabilities, providing them with the skills needed to carry out various tasks in office administration and to better integrate into the workplace
The BNP Paribas Office Training Incubator Centre reflects the Bank's commitment to education, and reinforces the nation's principal of breaking barriers and providing equal opportunities to persons with disabilities.
